Hi! What do you mean by ‘too dark for stage’? Are you trying to do visual effects or strobe for the audience? If yes, the Ksoloti pins are not powerful enough to power a large light. You could use the pins to control a solid state relay, transistor, or MOSFET though, and let them control a ‘regular’ mains voltage light or similar.
Obligatory WARNING: WORKING WITH MAINS VOLTAGE IS DANGEROUS AND CAN CAUSE SERIOUS INJURIES. BE CAREFUL AND IF UNSURE, CHECK WITH SOMEONE QUALIFIED
If you’re trying to fade a LED as as part of UI / control surface, the Ksoloti pin should be more than adequate to power it. What value series resistor are you using?
Oh also, there used to be an experimental WS2812 object but I believe the creator removed it. Don’t know if there was a problem with it.
No strobe effects or such things, only a simple control light lamp, but bright enough to see on stage. These i´ve tried direct on a pin without resistor ( as i know the ksoloti is schortcut proof i tried it direct). Then i tried it also with a potentiometer, on different settings.
This or similar things I think would fit my needs on brightness - But they´re specific digitally controled hmm
abolutly! hopefully i can remember the things to play on guitar when im on stage - it reminds me to man in blacks flash stick where no one can remeber anything
Can you help me out with a link to a full circuit diagram with mosfet and led?
